Evaluation of Language Skills
Interview
All Languages
Target Group:
Swedish Match employees who need
to improve their language skills in a professional context.
Pre-requisite:
Receive approval from your manager
to contact GMS.
Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is
to assess your level of language competency and determine what a potential
course would focus on—emails, phone calls, small talk, etc. Please
note; this interview is not a guarantee that you will be approved for a
language course.
Process:
§
Contact GMS to book
interview time.
§
GMS will book the
date/time/place and communicate to you in advance.
§
You will receive
general interview information guidelines via e-mail prior to your
interview.
§
The meeting will
take approximately 15 minutes.
§
A Personal
Development Plan will be provided to your manager for consideration.
§
Should you be
approved for one of our courses, you will receive a confirmation of the
start date/time of the course.
